百餘年前，當舊振南仍是「振南製餅舖」時，我們並未想像能成為一個見證歲月流轉的百年品牌。當時製餅師傅們，只是很單純地想做好每一塊餅。因為我們知道，餅，不單單是一份甜點，它是新娘對未來日子的期盼、是家人團圓賞月的念想、是生命延續的神聖慶賀，也是物資缺乏的過去，最彌足珍貴的存在。餅，永遠是令人喜悅滿足的象徵。我們不敢怠慢，以珍惜、尊重的態度，手工製作每一份糕餅。
舊振南陪伴著大家經歷了時代的變遷與文化的融合，我們一起看見台灣以更精彩動人的姿態向世界展示著多元的文化，我們也曾嘗試著販售西式糕點，以呈現更多元的面貌。然而沈澱之後卻發現，漢式糕點背後，蘊含著一種無需言明卻仍能感受到送禮者心意的文化精神，而這正是舊振南的熱情與歸屬所在。於是我們持續堅守傳統糕餅的溫度，以更謙遜的心、更現代精緻的手法，讓消費者品嚐溫潤清新、低負擔的手工漢式糕點。
秉持著對此文化精神的重視，我們成立了「漢餅文化館」，出版「漢餅」食譜專書，並開始將製作糕餅的喜悅透過烘焙課程分享給所有人，延續台灣人生活文化的記憶，並感染更多海內外的朋友。我們體現台灣人好客體貼的送禮熱情，引領一個更為重視禮品意涵的生活品味。
